Our Founder

Siwoo Kim

SIWOO Kim is a 23-year-old filmmaker and creative from South Korea whose work sits at the vibrant intersection of fine arts, animation, and cinema. A recent graduate of Pratt Institute and a recipient of the Seeman-Burse Scholarship, Siwoo has quickly established himself as a versatile force in the industry. His creative voice ranges from absurd comedy to heavy drama, often exploring deep self-reflections influenced by his upbringing in South Korea and Singapore and the works of masters like Hideaki Anno and Park Chan-wook.

Siwoo has built a reputation for collaboration, working extensively with a diverse array of young talented musicians and dancers in New York City and Boston to create visually arresting music videos. Beyond music media, he has partnered with award-winning directors and producers on high-impact documentaries and film creations, bringing a unique "visual translation" to every project.

Currently, Siwoo is leveraging his momentum to develop several new projects, including a new music video, a documentary, and a feature film in collaboration with a network of emerging global talent. His thesis film, "Inside My Worn Out Drawer, is an Ocean," is currently on the festival circuit after being selected for screening at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM).
